- rommel: erwin rommel in connection with the "88" is a clear sign for nazism.

personal statement: there are a lot of wehrmacht members who are still seen as heros in a military way such as von manstein, rommel, von paulus, keitel etc. even the ht´s told that those people were only "supported" by military "fans". but as each and every member of the wehr macht had to take an oath on adolf hitler it is not acceptable that these terms/names are "protected". no one of those would have been that big in nazi germany without the support of all "political" and military aims (vernichtungskrieg, endlösung).
